This project involved the full renovation of a dated apartment from the 1960s, transforming it into a contemporary living space tailored to today’s standards.

Following a complete interior gutting, all technical systems – including electrical, plumbing, and heating – were entirely renewed. The windows were replaced with modern, energy-efficient units to improve comfort and performance.

Floors and interior doors were updated, creating a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic throughout the apartment. The bathroom, WC, and kitchen were reconfigured and modernized using durable materials and a clear, functional design language.

The result is a bright, open living environment that merges the charm of an existing structure with the comfort and efficiency of contemporary living
