The building opens to a vast view of the dolomites and the valley of Lienz in Osttriol. 19 units, underground parking and a central core are embedded between to roads. The terraced shape follows a steep slope.

Sustainability and low operating costs are ensured by a brine-to-water heat pump system, a rooftop solar PV system, and MVHR.
