The development comprises 19 residential units featuring generous balconies and terraces, along with an underground parking garage and a central circulation core, positioned between two streets. The terraced configuration of the building responds to the steep hillside, with the residential complex articulated into several compact volumes that integrate seamlessly into the fine-grained rural context.
The apartments provide uninterrupted views of the Lienz Dolomites and extend far across the Lienz Basin.
The housing concept is further enhanced by contemporary energy systems: a central ground-source (brine-to-water) heat pump, a rooftop photovoltaic installation, and a controlled ventilation system with decentralized units, all contributing to sustainability and reduced operating costs.
